This policy explains how Paroloo LLC (“Paroloo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our websites and apps (the “Services”). Some apps may include additional details in their store listing or in the app itself.

Information we collect

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, profile details and content you create in our apps.
• Device and usage data, such as app version, device type, operating system, crash reports and basic usage analytics.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services
• To respond to support requests
• To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, analytics and crash reporting), under agreements that protect your data, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@paroloo.com, or by using the delete option inside the app where available.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will respond promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
