You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Services.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms, including refunds.
Our property
The Services, including their design, code and branding, belong to Paroloo LLC and are protected by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paroloo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
